Salary: Band 1, £26,500 pa
Contract: 12 months Fixed Term initially

We have a vacancy for a Qualifications Officer to join our friendly Qualifications team at the British Psychological Society.
This busy team ensures that the society's qualification portfolio is delivered to the highest standards, meeting external and internal quality assurance requirements.
Reporting to the Qualifications Manager, you will support and advise learners who are enrolled on qualifications as well as the qualification leadership teams in all their quality assurance endeavours.
For this role, you will require:
- Experience of working in a professional development or learning/educational environment
- Significant experience of working effectively in a team and independently, exercising sound judgement and initiative
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Demonstrable experience of providing exceptional customer service and meeting targets
- Sound organisational and administrative skills, with good attention to detail
- Proficient with the use of IT systems
- Experience of working with a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) is desirable.
