As students return for the new academic year, several articles in this issue consider study in post-pandemic times. Emily Nordmann looks at lecture capture; Ruth Wall considers emotional resilience in online learning; Ashley Cave outlines her role in university mental health; and we ask you whether higher education could do more to prepare students for life after a Psychology degree, as well as what you would say if you could go back and talk to new undergraduate you.
There's much more throughout the edition, and as ever you can find lots of exclusive content on our website and in The Psychologist app.
We're a smaller team than we've been for a very long time, producing a lot of output in print and online. So more than ever, we need your help. We're expanding on the honorary side – Society members play such a vital role. But I would also ask, if you're appreciating the magazine, let us know, and share our pieces; and if you think you could contribute, please get in touch.
