Undergraduate, Conversion and Integrated Masters Accreditation Standards open for public consultation
The public consultation period for feedback on the draft Undergraduate, Conversion and Integrated Masters Accreditation Standards is now open.
25 July 2024
The consultation period will be open until 23 August 2024 and is part of the standard review process for accreditation standards.
The standards have already been through stage one of the review process with input from several stakeholders who have significant involvement in topics such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Ethics. Extensive feedback was collated, reviewed, and incorporated into this current draft. Final formatting of the document will be completed post-consultation.
The standards were last reviewed and published in 2019. It was identified there were aspects of the standards that were outdated and inaccurate for undergraduate, conversion and integrated masters provision. In addition, the QAA Subject Benchmark Statement for Psychology was published in September 2023 and needed incorporating into the standards.
Members are encouraged to send any feedback on the standards to ensure they are fit for purpose.
