Three new healthcare road maps launched by the BPS as part of the Covid-19 Behavioural Science and Disease Prevention Taskforce
The British Psychological Society has just published three new road map guidance documents from the Covid-19 Behavioural Science and Disease Prevention Taskforce.
19 August 2022
These documents, published by the Division of Health Psychology, focus on three topics; Accessing Appropriate Healthcare, Medication Adherence and Opioid Substitution Treatment.
They aim to support health officials and service providers in these key areas, using psychologically-informed behaviour change approaches in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This guidance should be used alongside Public Health England's (PHE) Achieving Behaviour Change (ABC) guide for local government and partners, and the Improving People's Health behavioural and social science strategy.
