Dr Gavin Morgan, chair of the Division of Educational and Child Psychology at the BPS, has been discussing our latest campaign with the team at PsychBites.

Dr Morgan talks about the BPS's latest survey which found that just over half of all educational psychologists say they feel unable to support children and young people with their current workload, signalling the devastating impact of years of underinvestment in the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) system, despite unprecedented demand.

As a result the BPS is calling for more educational psychologists in local authorities, to make sure every child has the support they need to thrive in their education. Download the full survey results.
