Meet the nominees for President-Elect

Voting is now closed for the role of President-Elect of the society

The successful candidate will serve a one-year term as President-Elect before becoming President for a two-year term of office from 2024.

As the vacancy for President-Elect has arisen mid-term on this occasion, the BPS's Charter and Statutes stipulate that the pool of candidates is formed of current members of Senate and BPS trustees only.

The President-Elect's role is to support the President of the BPS while preparing to assume the position of President once the sitting President's term comes to an end.

The President-Elect is also a member of the Board of Trustees.

This year there are four candidates for the role of President-Elect.
