This briefing focuses on the role of psychological factors in cybersecurity; including those who engage in cybercrime, those who are their targets and the professionals who work to protect individuals and systems.

Recommendations are made on how to empower individuals to make more informed decisions in relation to their cybersecurity behaviours, both in terms of how to mitigate their risk of being a victim as well how to develop the skills sought after by the cybersecurity industry.
