Workshop to inform changes to Ofsted education inspections

Ofsted is currently consulting on proposed changes to the way it carries out education inspections. 

Ofsted will be moving away from single 'overall effectiveness' grades and will instead publish a report card which will detail assessments of a wide set of categories and publish narrative descriptions of performance.

This workshop is an opportunity to inform the BPS's response to the consultation and proposed changes. 

There is also the option to provide written evidence, by responding to this survey.

The deadline for submitting views is COP Friday 4 April 2025.

Who is the event for? 

This workshop is for BPS members only, particularly those who work or have worked within the education system.
