Join us ahead of World Menopause Awareness day on this two hour webinar which explores how hormonal changes due to the menopause transition can have an impact in the workplace, and how these changes can affect women's confidence, sense of identity, self-worth and professional career journeys.

The webinar shall also consider current treatment and coping-strategy options; both medical and non-medical.

The webinar aims to empower participants to recognise symptoms and how hormonal changes related to the menopause transition can impact individual career paths, set against the backdrop of broader social dynamics of having more menopausal women in the workplace due to the ageing workforce.
