About

The BPS Scottish Branch Postgraduate Research day is scheduled for 25th August 2023 co-hosted by the University of Strathclyde.

The aim of the event is to bring together PGR and PGT students, to share their research and find out about opportunities available to PG students post-graduation.

This is a great opportunity for PGT students to present their work to an external audience, network with staff and students from across different Scottish institutions and discuss how you can use psychology in a range of careers with our panel of experts.

This event will comprise of presentations and posters by postgraduate students from all over Scotland as well as engaging an expert panel discussion

This event is open to postgraduate taught (Msc, Msc conversion) and postgraduate research (PhD, DPsych) psychology students, academics and practitioners and will be held in person.

Submissions are open to PGT and PGR students studying at a Scottish University in any area of psychology. Submissions from PGT students currently working on their dissertation projects are encouraged.

We aim to provide a varied programme representing the diversity of psychological research that will be useful to PG students and to those who work with PG students.

We know that you are all working fantastically hard on an exciting range of projects so do take this opportunity to share your work and network with your fellow PG researchers.
