About

The negative impacts of the pandemic on mental health and wellbeing is well documented with increases in stress and psychological distress (anxiety and depression) widely reported. Yet the pandemic also acted as a catalyst for positive adaptation and growth. Remarkable resilience was demonstrated in all facets of business and society as people, communities and organisations got creative and took necessary action to successfully adapt to adversity.

As the pandemic marks a third anniversary, we are keen to move on. The question is, what have we learned from our experiences to build resilience in a post pandemic world and prepare for future challenges?

This 90-minute interactive webinar will explore what resilience is and isn't, what the research shows us about the impact of the pandemic on resilience in different contexts and what we have learned about resilience that we can apply going forward. This webinar is suitable for anyone whether you are in the early stage of your career, as well as those working with organisations/in HR. The webinar will be useful for practitioners who themselves use practical tools and exercises with clients, and could be particularly useful for coaches, psychology graduates and those interested or working in wellbeing.
