The live in person seminar taking place in Manchester is a collection of ideas that explores modern life which is often considered to be exciting and full of possibilities, though it is also equally, if not more than before, filled with demands and stressors, and an introspective look at the stresses and frustrations of modern-day life which are both similar and distinct from those that our distant relatives faced.

It's a philosophical look at becoming more aware, working at your full potential and realizing your goals, with a blend of practical exercises on how to become better at managing your time more efficiently to be able to boost your productivity both inside and outside the working environment.

It also includes practical techniques to negotiate the countless different distractions that keep us from what we want to achieve, understanding these challenges, surmounting them and setting achievable goals to be able to better manage yourself and your life.

Making sure we make time to live fully in the present moment, developing an awareness, is completely centred on the here and now.

Without worrying about the future, or thinking about the past, live in the present. In addition, it covers some philosophical thoughts on our expectations and "shoulds" and how they form a cage for our true self and our relationship with, and understanding of, the world.
