Welcome to our second BPS Psychology Careers Festival!
Our event platform is now fully booked but, for a discounted price, you can still buy a ticket to watch the event Live Streamed through YouTube!
This ticket gives you access to watch our full line up through a private YouTube link.
You won't be able to ask questions directly to our speakers, but we will be providing a link to a question drop form, where we will send your questions to our speakers afterwards.

About the festival
Throughout our six-day festival, we'll be hosting careers sessions across different online stages where you'll hear from inspirational speakers across a broad range of disciplines.
We'll have talks from a number of individuals at different stages of their career, from a variety of different backgrounds.
You will be able to explore the world of 'hidden psychology' - occupations where psychology is applied, and we'll be running workshop-style sessions so you can practice some of those key employability skills required, when transitioning through your career journey.
We will also be hosting an employability fayre, and sharing hints and tips with you about how you can best prepare for a career in psychology!
Main Stage
This is where you'll find our festival headliners. Come along to hear from key note speakers and take the opportunity learn about the impact psychology careers can have, and where different careers exist.
Pathways Stage
The Pathways Stage is your chance to dive a bit deeper into specific occupations within psychology. If you are looking to find out how to get into a particular area or want advice on work experience, funding, or other areas of interest, have a look at what is happening on this stage.
Inspirations Stage
The Inspirations stage will show case the many different applications of psychology across a wide variety of career pathways. If you're looking for some inspiration about what career might be right for you, head to our Inspirations Stage.
Learning Stage
The learning stage line-up will include events that support your professional development, and give you something to take away to help improve your career success. If you are thinking about ways to develop your skills and career skills, then this stage will have something of interest to you.
Local Stage
Here you will find details of events that might be happening within your local area or at your university. We will be announcing our local events throughout the coming months. Check the sign up details carefully as most events may only be open to students and graduates from that particular institution.

Will I receive a link for the event?
Yes! You will receive a link nearer to the time of the event, which gives you full access to our online conference platform called Remo where the festival is being held! You only need this one link and you will be able to access all sessions planned across the line-up.
Do you offer any discounts on registration?
Yes, we offer both BPS member discounts and student discounts on registration. We also have a free concession rate for those who are unable to pay. Please email [email protected] to find out more information.
Can I purchase multiple registrations?
Yes, you can purchase up to 10 registrations, but you will need to complete an order form for each registrant so we can collect the appropriate data. For bookings over 10, or for institution bookings, please contact the organiser.
Where can I find information about the event schedule and agenda?
We will be updating both our website, this event listing and emailing all of our registrants when we have further details in regards to the schedule. We hope to have a full schedule list by September.
How do I log into the virtual platform/attend the event?
Our event will be hosted on an online platform called Remo. You will receive a link through email, and this link gives you access to an online platform. You do not need to download any software for this, as the platform is hosted through the internet.
How many sessions can I attend?
You can attend as many sessions as you like - the conference is open to you to attend as many or as little sessions as you prefer.
Is the event being recorded?
Yes! We endeavor to record as many sessions as possible depending upon permissions. Any sessions that you miss will be shared with you afterwards.
How can I ask questions at the virtual conference?
You will have the ability to use a Q&A function, as well as put your hand up, respond via emojis and even go on stage to join the speakers themselves!
