Nancy Doyle

Professor Nancy Doyle

Talk title: Neurodiversity at Work - Where Have We Been and Where Are We Going?

Neurodiversity has gone from being a small niche field to something that consulting psychologists are now frequently asked to explain. In Occupational Psychology, this leads to queries about psychometric testing, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, culture and talent management. But how much do we actually know and what can we evidence?

Nancy Doyle has specialised in this field since 2002, as an Occupational Psychologist. Nancy will take us through a historical tour of where we have been and where we are going, and what this means for our practice.
