Building Therapist Wellbeing & Working with the Body in Reducing Stress & Burnout
- Health and wellbeing
- Stress and anxiety

How do our own schema-mindsets influence our work performance and the way we manage our stress levels?
What actions can we as clinicians take to manage burnout, fatigue, and improve work satisfaction?
This training provides an opportunity for therapists to develop self-awareness into the effects of their own underlying schema-mindsets in the work setting and the ways in which these are linked both to burnout and resilience.
Participants will explore ways in which they can incorporate evidence-based micro-pauses to enhance emotional and physical well-being and quality of life in the context of their work environment.
